100% rush! Its basically your last chance and you can drop if you don't like it. You might not get the "top" house just because they usually only like to take freshmen but it will be way better to know people. Literally if youre not already signed up to rush call and do it ASAP! If you speak to them they'll let you sign up even if the deadline passes (I don't actually know when the deadline is). The school likes to keep transfers happy.
