prob. not COBs, most of the time, are for girls who dropped out of rush or girls who transfered in the Spring. in my sorority, we believe the effort is worth it. if someone decided to drop, we will have every intention of replacing her- freshman, sophomores, ext. sometimes it works out for the best. you get that girl you never knew you wanted.
