^^^Well put "realization"! These sororities: (Kappa/Pi Phi/Chi O) and fraternities: (SigEp/KA/SAE) are the top tier/relevant houses at Tulane. It's always been that way and always going to be that way. All other rankings that differ are just fantasies promulgated by lower tier/socially inferior houses trying to make themselves appear more viable during rush.
