omg just go through rush and decide on your own which house is the best fit for you. the rankings completely depend on who you ask so it is not worth reading this site looking for advice. You can't go wrong with pi phi chio kappa or aephi...they all have really awesome girls but obviously they also each have different types of girls. that's why different people perceive them differently and why there is such a mix on rankings on this site in terms of which one is the best sorority.
