It's great that you're interested in Greek life and so wonderful that you are considering things like sisterhood and class! I applaud you for that. However, joining a sorority is a big commitment that you should intend to make for all 4 years. If you think there's a reason you may have to drop - money, for instance - it would be a disservice to your sisters to join in the first place and you would be taking the spot of someone who is willing to make that commitment. I'm not discouraging you from rushing, I just think this POV is something to consider. Also, I agree with the babygirl post - don't knock partying before you try it. It's not just sloppy kids dry humping on the dance floor (which ALL freshman try at the Boot anyway) and it's a really great way to bond with your sisters.
