It's so clear now more than ever that Theta is Top House. Pi Phi and Kappa have controlled the narrative for so long, but they are slipping faster than ever. The only reason frats text Pi Phi Kappa and Chi O and not Theta is because Theta's influence over the school is so powerful that they know about the parties weeks in advance, they don't need to be told.
