All true except for Phi Mu. It’s a reach to say mid tier and more accurately top of bottom tier. All houses at Tulane are strong and while ranking is superficial, it’s reality. Reps have changed since I was a freshman. Most girls dropped out of rush if they got bottom tier houses, but not so much anymore.
