Top houses (and maybe some mid-tier ones) have cut offs for how many upperclassmen they can let in. It's very tough to get into a "top house" if you are an upperclassmen, even if you have tons of friends in them. Phi Mu, Alpha Delta Pi, and possibly SIg Delt and Theta will be your best bets for getting a bid. They all offer great sisterhoods! So if you're interested in being in any sorority, not just a specific one, rushing is in in your interest.
