yes, tri delta is getting a house, which will hopefully be ready in time for formal recruitment. It’s a green house on freret street, about 2 houses down from the library. It was formally an office for alumni relations. It’s going to need lots of improvement. Fairly close to sdt/theta houses, but not directly on broadway street.
