kappa was over quota last year, only one house has technically not met its quota in the past 14 years and i wont name it because thats besides the point. kappa can go two ways, theyll either rush the same girls as aephi/ pi phi or chi o, but mostly them and piphi go hand and hand. chi o and theta may have cut them because they know theyre more likely to go kappa/ somewhere else and theyre making room on their list for girls who they think will actually go their house. dont think too much into it, dont focus where youre cut, look at the houses you have and go from there.
