Put your best foot forward, keep an open mind, and have the best conversations you can during recruitment. These girls talk to a LOT of people throughout the day, so if you have anything cool or interesting you can share about yourself, definitely offer it up. You're going to have some great conversations and you're going to have some pretty lousy ones, and that's okay. As long as you go into rush with a positive attitude and an open mind, and keep that perspective throughout the process, you'll be fine. I think where a lot of girls get disappointed or discouraged is when they aren't asked back to a house they like, or when they reach the end and get a bid from a house that wasn't their top choice. All of the sororities at Tulane are amazing, and there are so many different girls and personalities in each one that you're bound to make friends. If you get into your top choice, fantastic, but if you don't, it's really not the end of the world.
