ZTA chose not to compete for their own reasons. Out of the 100 girls who were cut, we can assume that some of them would have taken a bid, if it had been offered. They then had 150 girls who were expecting a bit; so there were plenty of girls who were interested in ZTA but not enough to have a thriving colony, according to ZTA. Of course there probably are other groups who may be willing to start out this way, but they will be reviewing the situation ZTA was in.........The PNM's are the ones that I feel sorry for, regardless of the reason(s) that they did not get a bid.
