i agree with this. phi mu got great girls but they were the same level as always while sig delt's is significant because of how much better they recruited. i'm surprised phi sig is alone though - why? other than that, EVERY single chapter did amazingly this year. honestly, all the pnms going through were so great, every chapter was bound to do well, so fromt he bottom up, i would look at the pledge classes, as "good", "better", and "best". ps - aephi is still a thing...yes or no?
