Here's the honest truth about sorority life on campus: it is what you make it. If you want a chance to party; this is your way. If you want a group of girls to be there for you, and who really know you; this is your chance. If you want to get to know other people, both in your sorority and in greek life; this is your chance. A lot of the posts on here are mean and catty, and every organization is guilty of doing it. Please do not read too much into these posts, every organization is amazing and every woman has a fit on campus. The posts on these pages represent the worst of what Panhellenic means, but I promise there is so much more to sorority life than is what on this page. Life is what you make it and sorority life is no different. So please if these posts scare, you know this: this is not an accurate representation of sorority life on campus. Most of the time organizations honestly try to help one another through attendance of events and monetary donations to philanthropies. All sororities are bonded through the Panhellenic community and each sister feels that bond to one another. So please, go through the recruitment process, give it a chance. I promise that in reality each sorority on campus has its wonderful and kind moments. There is a place for everyone in greek life so long as you give it a chance and truly just try to find your best fit.
