^^ every chapter cuts girls, it just depends where the PNMs rank each chapter, the number is the same for every chapter then there's back up lists that is dipped into if they don't get the maximum return rate. No one should be able to make assumptions about how voting works for every chapter since a) it changes from year to year and b) no one outside of the respective chapter should know how they vote
