All of them CAN give bids to sophomores. However, your year in school is minor compared to your overall character, resume, personality, and chemistry with the chapter. If you are a good fit for the chapter, they would never dismiss you because of your age. Your best bet to get a bid is to show your best self and really tell us what you can add to our chapter. Maybe your age works to your advantage because you've held leadership positions and know how to take charge, or maybe you have lots of campus connections that could help us plan events. TLDR; your age doesn't matter, your personality, attitude, and overall ability to work with and advance the chapter does.
