I think it's far to add ZBT and Beta to this list too. Like SigEp, Sigma Chi, and Delt, these fraternities actually value academics, having a campus presence, and brotherhood while still having a good social life. I am a brother in one of the three mentioned above and I truly recommend visiting every fraternity during rush week. Even if it means simply to their Meet the Greeks event before rush starts, just go. You want to learn as much as possible about these organizations. I love my fraternity and my brothers but I do regret not looking elsewhere. Keep your options open and don't worry about tiers.
