Few things: 1. You need to go in understanding that a lot of the top houses don't want to take sophomores. So, you already have that going against you. 2. It also depends what your attitude was like after you got cut from your favorites. Despite what this site may make you think, a ton of these girls in different chapters are still really close and friendly. We all deny it, but I know the first thing I did after each day was gossip with my roommate in another sorority about which girls we loved. I'm in what's considered a "good" sorority, and there have been multiple times where we cut a girl who came back the next year, because girls in other chapters told us she was rude, conceited, and impossible to deal with Day 2, after she got cut from her favorites. We want girls who aren't going to cause drama, both within our chapter, and within the Panhel community. 3. If you really want this, you need to go to ALL of their philanthropy and PR events this spring and next fall. Get to know the sisters, and seem genuine, not desperate. You have some major things working against you, but you do have a shot if you play it the right way.
