They didn't. The person doesn't know what they're talking about. Last year, AU/IFC/Whoever agreed to take three new fraternities. One was Beta, one was SAE, and one was ATO. The administration decided to stagger the founding of each chapter so that one new one comes to campus per year. Since Beta was the first one, SAE and ATO haven't started yet.
