I agree with everything except I’d switch top/uppermid to be: Sammy/Dchi SigEp Why? Because Sammy took pretty much all of Dchi’s pledge class, putting them on a decline, but Dchi didn’t slide so much that they’d be below SigEp (and those two aren’t really the same vibe at all).
