It depends how many girls dropped after bid day and how fast they can get new girls. this year all I know is XO, and Aephi are still giving out bids sig delt did COB this year but only needed four, so they did COB for like a day or two, quickly hit total, and are no longer recruiting. SK gave out 2-3 and similarly recruited total really quickly. All depends on numbers
