This is so important, but also a reminder if you don’t like the org you get but still really want to be in greek life, make it your goal to change it for the better! When chapters improve it’s from the inside out. No campus rep gets better without girls determined to make it work for them, and happen. In the process, you’ll find girls in your org that feel the same... point is, hold up on dropping right away. I fell in love with my org but it took some time and a dedication to make it better.
