Wow, since DG deleted the last post. I will happily repost it again and again and again. Using social justice and women of color and then white washing them isn't cute. It isn't empowering. And it certainly doesn't stress inclusion. Discussing how you're meeting quotas by taking "top girls of color" yeah not a good look. We've all heard it, now let's not ignore it. Using a picture of AOC and white-washing her for your recruitment marketing, that's what we in society like to call racism because she doesn't fit your image because she isn't a white woman from wherever, NJ. Yeah, I said it. Now, I'm not calling you names, but I am saying that maybe you shouldn't make your theme empowered women... if you cant actually live up to the slogan. So, a tip, that I think you would do well to follow, stop using social justice as your marketing tag lines. No one likes it, and it just makes you look out of touch with reality. Stick to VSCO girls.
