DG didn't " loose" PNMs but had to drop some cool people because of their GPS requirements that are unnecessary higher than everywhere else. Bad for them! Plus from what I've heard AU new panhel. rules and restrictions affected their " presentation" and they had to stick to a boring routine. In any case one mediocre pledge class doesnt bring them lower than second, in my opinion. Keep in mind/ this is AU and the pool of hot girls is relatively small.
