AEPI - DELT - Sig Chi - In no particular order, these three make up the next grouping. AEPI - The "freshman frat". They throw a lot of parties and people go to them, but after your first year or two the diehard AEPI fans start to fizzle out. That's fine, because they always have freshman to fill up their parties, but it’s not sustainable over 4 years. They took a larger class last year, so their numbers are doing well, but as a unit they’re pretty average. Some nice guys, but a lot are a bit too full of themselves. Delt - Pretty standard for the most part. Their graduating class was cool, their senior class isn’t bad, but the younger guys need work. They have room to grow, but they need a solid class to do so. Typically, full of nice guys who like to drink, they’re pretty solid at sports and have been known to have a decent party every now and then. Sig Chi - The best thing they have going for them is their philanthropy. They raise a lot of money by pitting sororities against each other, but it works. As a group they need work, they have few cool guys, but also a lot of weird kids too. I don’t typically enjoy their parties, but they’re fairly social. They try really hard to be the “preppy” frat and to be what Sig Chi nationally is known for nationally, but it doesn’t always work for them.
