I think Lambda Chi is also worth mentioning as an org on the rise. They just won Greek Week and have had the best class they've had in at least two years. Whether they continue to come back from their downslide is dependent on their recruitment and philanthropy next year, IMO. ZBT is also definitely on the rise, although I've heard they've had some internal strife in the past year. They are applying for chapter status at the end of this semester I think.
