UWFFSL wants as many girls to go through recruitment as possible to help the community grow, and they've recently changed their rules to allow sorority women to contact what they call PNMs (Potential New Members), at most you'll have these members from organizations contact you and be very friendly because they want to get to know you. Even if you do not rush, you'll still have friendships with women in different sororities. This doesn't mean you're guaranteed a bid, and it doesn't mean you have an advantage over any other girl who rushes. :)
