With gphi its hard to tell. It's gonna be girls who maybe didnt have a good enough gpa for a top/middle sorority, girls who got dropped, girls who didnt rush either year but see this as a good opportunity, girls who didnt get any houses, etc. I think it will be competitive because they're looking for the girls to be the face of gphi for umd
