having friends in both houses, it honestly depends on your personality. theta doesn't haze and most of the girls are actually really cool/down to earth, but they are known for not being super fun/not showing up to socials nearly as much as other top tier sororities do. on the other hand, kd is really fun and frats absolutely love them, but the girls are known for being pretty catty and superficial. either way if those are the houses you're choosing between then you'll be completely fine
