That being said. If you really connect with the people you talk to, go with it. The rest of recruitment for gphib will be after formal recruitment I believe so, you have an opportunity to check them out if you don't find anything that you're really into during recruitment. Colonizing a chapter will be hard and your experience will be different than other people but I know a few girls who have colonized chapters at other schools and loved it. You get the opportunity to create your own chapter traditions and define what your chapter will be about.
