Beta, Chi Phi, Phi Psi, DU, ADPhi ATO finally down a tier where they belong... Yeah they still hang out with good sororitys but they consistently have terrible PC's and have rushes choose middle tier frats over them. FIJI is the only house that is consistently considered top house without any argument. They deserve to be up there by themselves honestly until KA realizes you don't have to social with Theta three times a week.
