I agree with this, it's extremely hard to rise without people getting kicked off and taking there spots... AEPi was nothing but an average fraternity until ZBT got kicked off. Dchi and Fiji rose so fast bc of pike... Then there's chapters like sig chi and kappa sig who both came on the same year in 2009 but benefited from having a chapter house right away to recruit out of. It's just hard to rise unless your competition gets kicked off
