SNU - might have the douchey stereotype but the guys are actually hella nice if you get to know them, they’ll be fine when they have their party house back ATO - Same with SNU, douchey rap but actually get to know some of those people and you won’t feel that way Sig Chi - Vert is an amazing party house and while there was speculation of them “falling off” they got right back up with recent PCs great in numbers and quality. Derby Days are super fun too Theta Chi - Combines the best of Phi Delt and Theta Chi. Still high tier with great houses and relations. At the same time the merge has made the frat a lot more inclusive with rush breaking the notion of only rich white Jersey kids getting into top houses. Managed to bounce back big in the fall after last spring. TEP - Best Jewish house on campus with prolly the sickest house. Larry David as an alum too. TEPFest is always lit Beta - Poolhouse is the best darty house in CP other than Blue and the guys are real down to earth. The few guys I’ve met from here are very smart too. ADPhi - New chapter house is sick and throws the best darties on campus. Zeta Psi - Super chill group of guys with arguably the best brotherhood on campus DSig - Great relations with sororities and their chap house is lowkey in a sick location, right across trow and the bschool Lambda - Crazy momentum before C&D, big chillers. Vegas is a top party house ADPhi - New chapter house is sick and they throw the best darties on campus. Phi Tau - While on the lower end of fraternities their last PC was super solid in quality and having wastle and downtown helps a lot ASig - The type of guys that don’t gaf about the politics and they can bounce back from everything. Lost their whole spring PC yet managed to keep their house and stay alive. Sammy - Despite their tier getting a 15 person fall PC and a chapter house on the row they are in a great position to succeed
