No rankings within tiers Tier 1: ATO - Good relations, good pcs, doesn't have the best reputation with other frats Sig Chi - Good relations, giant spring 24 pc kept them from falling off tier 1, has the best party house in cp now without casa Sig Nu - Tricky here since they lost casa but they still have cool guys and kept good relations with sororities, will have to see how their Spring rush goes Tier 2: Lambda - Decent relations, always gets a good rush, but no parties the end of this semester hurt them KA - Said to be falling off but they continually seem to get a decent amount of guys, if they aren't unsuspended soon could be problematic for their rush Theta Chi - Completely flopped last Spring rush but kept decent relations because of the 20 Phi Delt guys, bidded a bunch of freshmen this fall to try and bounce back Zeta Psi - Cool guys and consistently good pcs just need to get better sorority relations TEP - Always seems to have a lot of guys, tepfest is always good, decent relations Tier 3: DSig - Decent pcs, having their house where it is doesn't help them, could definitely be considered for tier 2 Beta - Fun darties, decent relations ADPhi - Beta but worse Tier 4: SAE - Need to get a main house, could be bumped to tier 3 soon ZBT - Got everyone on c&d Tier 5: Phi Tau Sammy Asig Chi Phi Phi Sig
