My guess is the inquisition mail went out primarily to pledges and the mail to existing members will go out afterwards. Pledges are the ones most likely to tell the truth. If pledges say they ate 💩, they’ll ask the pledge master to confirm or deny etc- but they won’t want to interview the leaders until after they meet with the pledges.
