The CEOs of all national fraternities chartered at UMD had a NIC conference call last weekend. . . It is alleged that they have since notified the university to suspend the C&D for any chapters they do not immediately intend to investigate. . . . Furthermore, UMD and UVA are not the only schools facing this unusual administrative slamming the brakes. A few smaller Universities on the West Coast have also, in one for or another, suspended social activities.
