Subject:
Frat ranks according to me and why

Poster Message:
1. Sigma Nu: One of the best (if not the best) party houses, consistently great pc’s (both in number and strength), I'm not bringing up any new ideas with this one. 2. Sigma Chi: Great pc size for the spring, also a very good house, mostly here due to ATO’s fall but i'd argue that without the allegations we would still look at this same top three. 3. Alpha Tau Omega: Still got a good pc, other than the obvious, things look somewhat steady at the top for these three (only time will tell if they remain a taus) Gap 4. Kappa Alpha Order: The order still retains much of their social schedule from their hay day but have consistently been called out for bidding “squids” (i.e., bolstering their numbers with kids who could not receive bids from other top houses). Regardless of their fall off, they are still top 5 due to theta chi’s rush and lambda/TEP’s social schedule. Small gap 5-6. TEP and Lambda: These frats have made strides towards the top but will forever be limited by social schedule, houses, and general prestige which they are still building. While it is undeniable that they will pass the order at some point in the future, that time has not yet arrived. Gap 7. Zeta Psi. (too low), honestly i think zeta psi is fine at 7th, consistent numbers, good schedule, and with Dsigs lackluster rush, i can't think of a better frat to place at the 7 spot. 8. DSig. A theta chi-esque rush only saw them with a handful of kids, they still have a good schedule, but are stagnating. Small gap Frat purgatory: Darty frats who are used solely for their houses (they are well aware of this), because of this they have no mobility in the ranks leading them to simply continuing to darty week in week out.
