i believe any frat can move up and down easily in their tier but to change tiers they would have to wait for another rush/social schedule. these tiers are in order btw, last one in a certain tier is closer to the second to last in said tier than they are to the next tier. (i.e., i think ka is closer to theta chi than lambda is to them) Tier 1: SNU, ATO, Sig chi Tier 2: Theta chi, KA Tier 3: Lambda, TEP Tier 4: Zeta Psi, ADPhi, Dsig, Beta no hate to any of these frats, i tell it as i see it
