This post is extremely important and very true…. except for saying that adpi was nowhere near SK’s numbers…. 2017-2019 adpi was getting under a third of quota at primary recruitment (like under 10 when quota was over 40) and had under 50 members total on their roster. And they’ve come WAY back since then because their members have gone all in on year-round COB and their national org has pumped tons of support into the chapter to keep it open and help them bounce back. Agreed that this is the cycle that happens all the time and chapters often come back from it. Here’s to hoping SK nationals gives them the support they need and the chapter puts in the work they need to to stay. (And that the Panhellenic community gives them the support they need as well) It’s better for the whole community.
