Can someone pls explain why Theta Chi is ranked in the top tier? Just because they got 20 phi delt guys doesn’t mean anything. Their relations have barely improved at all and they even went 2 months without a social during the semester(post merge). Most of the phi delt guys didn’t even want to join the merger 😂
