Question, even though Phi Delt took over Theta Chi, does that immediately warrant them getting a top 3 ranking? Past examples, top tier FIJI merges into Sig Nu and Sig Nu goes from mid to upper mid/low top but it wasn't immediate top Uppermid/low top AEPi merges with bottom tier Beta and beta goes from bottom to mid. What makes this phi delt takeover worthy of boosting theta chi from mid/lower mid all the way to where phi delt used to be?
