Finally some sees Sig chi isn’t top, they have the smallest number of kids of any of the top or low top frats and had a horrible spring rush. They can’t compete with phi Delt, Sig nu, ato for kids anymore. They also social with Axo and Zeta a lot when the top 4 would never social outside of the top 5
