Sig Chi has declined from bad PCs and lack of houses, they are also the smallest frat in terms of active members of the big 8. Beta is hard to rank because it’s their first semester but having pool sets them up for success. Zeta Psi has fallen a bit due to horrible quality in their PCs and having and poor publicity. Zbt has distinguished themselves from their previous row and have been killing it recently.
