Here’s a couple predictions for the next 4 years of Greeklife at umd… 1. Aephi will be absolute bottom or lose the house in next 4 years. They’re declining fast and if you’re in the know you know. 2. Axid will be top house alongside aphi/theta/kd taking the place of tri delt. Axid house is amazing and fits rhe mold for a top house 3. Tep too big. If tep continues to take bigger and bigger pc’s they will eventually be overcrowded. Even tep chapter house basement is limited in size and they most likely won’t be Anlw to throw their anytime in the near future. If they keep viewing in size they won’t fit into any basements and will outnumber srats. Focusing too much on quantity and not quality and this most recent years 2 pcs shows. IFC tailgates will go away. It seems like a thing of the past for the school to let underage kids get away with drinking beer at a school sanctioned event. Younger members take advantage before it’s too late. I can see a hit piece coming and this could tighten up Greek life. Lambda will lose their charter unless they take on a newly kicked off frat and become the new beta. Speaking of, I don’t think beta will keep its relafence after the Aepi boys graduate. There are really seniors left once they’re gone beta will be back to irrelevant Zeta will take the place of the best middle of the pack sorority.
