Tier 1: Phi Delt, Sig Nu Tier 2: Sig Chi, ATO Tier 3: KA, DSig, TEP Tier 4: Zeta Psi, Lambda Tier 5: Beta Explanations: Phi delt and sig nu are undoubtably the 2 best frats at umd. Sig chi didn't have the best new pc but they have top tier relations and have a secured spot as a top 4 frat. ATO has seen tremendous growth after their 2 most recent rush classes. After the top 4, KA begins a new tier, they are not the powerhouse they used to be but they are still fine. Dsig looks very appealing now, ik they have been on this site a ton but watch out bc the are on the rise. Tep is in a similiar situation as dsig but not as extreme, they are getting better but not as good as dsig. Zeta psi, they are whatever, they had good darties but aside from having the house, what else did they bring to make the parties fun? Cough cough dsig and lambda made them fun. Lambda has dropped down after a horrendous rush class, sorry to see them down here, wishing them a successful rush next spring. Beta, takes over by what remained of Aepi, lets see where things go moving forward but there is room for improvement. Thanks for tuning in, be on the lookout for part 2 in the coming weeks
