My cousin was in kappa ... they havent been on campus since the 80s??? Where theta now lives...89 last year? 1990? The top 3 back in the day was kappa, tridelt and KD Then when kappa was kicked off...partiers... Theta moved from row into their house. Alpha Phi was always strong but not top until 1990s... not until 2000 did they become a top 3. Theta took kappa spot as top 3. Now top 4... kd and Tridelt has been top always w Tridelt TOP. Theta and alpha phi and AOPi always popular too. AXID new Kappa starting from scratch? AXID did it...and can they re take their house back from Theta?
