Usually you aren't gonna get cut from the houses you talk to during sisterhood unless a girl you talk to actually despised you. By sisterhood you really shouldnt have any worries about getting dropped anywhere, which surprisingly a lot of pnms don't know. So don't worry! Philanthropy round sucks because this is when the biggest cuts happen and you have to wait a whole week to hear back, but after you get your schedule for friday and you're content with it, it's smooth sailing. Plus a lot of girls withdrawal from recruitment when they get their sisterhood schedules so the "competition" is cut down significantly
