I'm in a sorority and my little sister just rushed and alpha phi is still considered top. I hear your why, BUT it is still a top house. Only KD is lower top. DG was always mid tier. It's a solid mid tier. It wasn't the rant that moved it one way or the other. It was 1 girl. Alpha Phi isn't just hot girls. I'm friends with some and the ones I know are nice. I don't know the whole house, true, but the ones I know are nice. Ranks are the ranks. To be honest, the ranks dont change that much because a large group of girls rushing similar girls year after year. When my cousin went to Maryland, years ago, it was the same ranks. I do hope these drunken rants STOP - in any house - stupid.
