The tiers have been the same for 20 years... people always say they are changing...changed. Years ago... It was kappa, tri delt and KD Theta Alpha Phi. Kappa was kicked off 1992...was never able to come back and Theta took over their house and took their spot. Theta was on the row before... they were a good house. Unless something that dramatic happens... Happened to tri delt at penn state too... The tiers tend to stay the same.
