The point is that APHI, KD and Tridelt are no longer a given at rush. AOII, AXID, GPHI and even AXO are giving them competition. It's not enough anymore to be the expensive house, or the WASP beauty house, or the I'm Dumb as a Slug, but pretty house! The rushees are looking for substance, sisterhood, relevancy and diversity. We no longer have "best dressed sorority girl" or "homecoming queen and court sorority girl" at UMD. Sorry to say, Frats haven't quite caught on to the idea yet.
